For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.

Explanations about the spare part
This dispensing block has multiple functions; first of all, it releases water under controlled pressure, thanks to the mushroom valve mounted on the spring. The 4-way valve manages the incoming water, indicates the correct value to the pressure gauge, and directs the water to the portafilter for coffee dispensing or to the steam outlet tap, depending on the function selected by the user. It also serves as a portafilter holder; the 3 bayonet guides at the bottom are essential for properly housing the filter holder inside.

QUESTION: Why can't I mount the portafilter on my Delonghi Classic?
ANSWER: Some coffee residue may have solidified in the under-cup guides. Clean the entire area thoroughly and check that they are perfectly intact.
QUESTION: When I let out some water without the portafilter, it splashes from all sides, why?
ANSWER: This usually means that the perforated shower is clogged with coffee sediment. Remove the central screw and clean the small holes thoroughly, then use a brush to clean the base where the perforated disc mounts.
QUESTION: While making coffee, I have water leaks from the sides of the portafilter on my Delonghi Classic, what is it due to?
ANSWER: The gasket is probably worn out; replace it or replace the entire under-cup group if you have other issues such as low creaminess or broken guides.
Our advice and Diagnostics
- Periodically clean the entire lower area of coffee residues, especially remove the disc with the small holes and clean it thoroughly to avoid clogs that cause mold buildup. Periodically descale as indicated in the instruction manual or at least every 3 months.
Installation instructions
- Replacing this part is not simple; it is recommended for individuals with good maintenance and DIY skills. We also recommend replacing the water tube gaskets (not provided but available in our catalog).
