Shipping and returns
The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

Sintomi, quali problemi può causare una sonda guasta?
Se la vostra macchina da caffè DeLonghi restituisce un allarme generico oppure non riscalda a dovere, il problema potrebbe essere causato dal sensore di temperatura della caldaia guasto. Per verificare se il componente è effettivamente guasto potete effettuare una misurazione tramite un multimetro, con una temperatura ambiente di circa 20°C la sonda dovrebbe restituire dei valori di circa 119 ~ 131 kOhm.
Cura e manutenzione del ricambio
Per allungare la vita di questo rilevatore di temperatura, è vitale effettuare una decalcificazione regolare. Il calcare è infatti il motivo più comune di rottura: creando un'incrostazione attorno alla sonda, la isola termicamente, costringendola a forzare la lettura fino a causarne il cortocircuito o l'interruzione del filamento interno.

Gli esperti dell'assistenza raccomandano di maneggiare con cura i cablaggi della sonda AS00002820 durante l'installazione. Spesso le sonde si rompono non solo per il calcare, ma anche per vibrazioni eccessive o ossidazione dei connettori. Prima di montare il nuovo componente, verifica che i terminali sulla scheda siano puliti e privi di umidità per garantire una trasmissione del segnale sempre impeccabile. Qualora inizialmente fosse prevista dal produttore, stendi un velo uniforme di composto termoconduttivo per assicurare una lettura precisa e affidabile della temperatura.
