The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

A cosa serve?
Qual è la funzione di questo contenitore? Questo contenitore dell'acqua pulita ha il compito di ospitare il liquido (acqua ed eventuale detergente non schiumoso se previsto da manuale) che la scopa lavapavimenti Polti utilizza per inumidire i rulli. Attraverso una guarnizione di tenuta, il liquido viene aspirato dalla pompa per rimuovere lo sporco ostinato. Senza un serbatoio perfettamente sigillato, l'apparecchio perderebbe la sua capacità lavante.
Sintomi, quali problemi può causare un serbatoio guasto?
Domanda: Quali sono i segnali di un serbatoio rotto?
Risposta: L'indizio principale è la presenza di pozzanghere sotto l'elettrodomestico o un serbatoio che si svuota troppo velocemente senza che l'acqua arrivi ai rulli.
Domanda: Perché non esce acqua dalla scopa Polti?
Risposta: In caso di ostruzioni della valvola di uscita o se la plastica si è deformata, l'aria potrebbe impedire il pescaggio corretto, bloccando l'erogazione. Puoi eventualmente provare ad effettuare una decalcificazione con un prodotto apposito del solo serbatoio prima di sostituirlo.
Cura e manutenzione del ricambio
La manutenzione del contenitore è facile e importante. Lava il vano con acqua tiepida per evitare la formazione di alghe o cattivi odori agitando energicamente l'acqua al suo interno. Verifica sempre che il beccuccio di uscita sia libero da detriti o sporcizia che potrebbero impedire la chiusura ermetica.
Istruzioni di montaggio
L'installazione del ricambio SLDB3384 richiede pochi secondi:
1. Spegni la scopa lavapavimenti.
2. Sgancia la leva di blocco e estrai il vecchio contenitore.
3. Posiziona il nuovo serbatoio Polti nell'apposito alloggiamento sulla scopa lavapavimenti.
4. Applica una leggera pressione finché non senti lo scatto di fissaggio.
5. Riempi con acqua e controlla che non ci siano perdite.
Suggerimenti dei professionisti di PG Service
I tecnici consigliano di svuotare sempre il contenitore dopo ogni sessione di pulizia. Il calcare è il nemico numero uno delle valvole di plastica; per questo è preferibile usare acqua demineralizzata. Non utilizzare mai detergenti aggressivi o acidi all'interno del serbatoio SLDB3384, poiché potrebbero rendere fragile la plastica, portando a rotture improvvise.
