Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.
Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.

- This cone handles the pre-filtration of larger dust particles, allowing them to settle inside the tank and creating the cyclonic effect that tends to compact them.
- In addition to the initial filtration function, the dust separation funnel is an essential component as it houses the washable filter inside.
- If your separator is damaged or the sealing ring is worn, dust leaks outside the tank or loss of suction power may occur. Replacing it will restore the original performance of your vacuum cleaner.
- The washable white filter is not included but can be purchased separately in our shop by searching for code ZR009014.
