The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.

A cosa serve?
La serpentina elettrica è il componente della friggitrice ad aria che genera il calore necessario alla cottura. Quando l'apparecchio viene avviato, la corrente elettrica attraversa il materiale resistivo dell'elemento riscaldante che, per resistenza elettrica, raggiunge un'elevata temperatura. Il calore prodotto viene quindi investito dal flusso d'aria generato dalla ventola interna, che spinge rapidamente l'aria calda all'interno della vasca di cottura. La combinazione tra calore e circolazione forzata dell'aria permette di ottenere una distribuzione uniforme della temperatura intorno agli alimenti, favorendo una cottura veloce e la formazione di una superficie croccante utilizzando una quantità di olio minima rispetto alla frittura tradizionale. Durante il funzionamento, la temperatura viene regolata dai sistemi di controllo dell'apparecchio, che alimentano e interrompono resistenza per raggiungere e mantenere il livello di calore selezionato.
Sintomi, quali problemi puoi risolvere sostituendo l'elemento riscaldante?
Domanda: La friggitrice ad aria rimane fredda durante l'utilizzo. Quale potrebbe essere il problema?
Risposta: Se la friggitrice si avvia normalmente ma non produce calore, la resistenza riscaldante potrebbe essere guasta. In questo caso la installazione di una nuova resistenza potrebbe riportare l'apparecchio al corretto funzionamento.
Domanda: La friggitrice ad aria impiega molto tempo a riscaldarsi. La causa può essere la resistenza?
Risposta: Sì, una resistenza parzialmente danneggiata può sviluppare meno calore del previsto. Se gli altri componenti risultano correttamente funzionanti, la sostituzione della resistenza può ristabilire le corrette prestazioni di cottura.
Domanda: La friggitrice ad aria perde improvvisamente temperatura durante la cottura. Cosa devo controllare?
Risposta: Un riscaldamento discontinuo può dipendere da una resistenza danneggiata o dai relativi collegamenti elettrici. Se la resistenza risulta difettosa, la sua sostituzione può eliminare le interruzioni di riscaldamento.
Domanda: I cibi non diventano croccanti anche impostando correttamente temperatura e durata. Può essere colpa della resistenza?
Risposta: Se la ventola funziona regolarmente ma la friggitrice non sviluppa abbastanza calore, la resistenza potrebbe essere parzialmente guasta. La sostituzione può ripristinare una cottura uniforme.
Domanda: La resistenza presenta segni evidenti di bruciatura oppure emette scintille. È necessario sostituirla?
Risposta: Una resistenza con rotture visibili non dovrebbe essere utilizzata. Stacca la friggitrice dalla rete elettrica e verifica anche cablaggi e collegamenti. Se il difetto è riconducibile alla resistenza, la sua sostituzione è opportuna prima di utilizzare nuovamente l'apparecchio.

- Per preservare nel tempo l'efficienza della resistenza della friggitrice ad aria è importante pulire regolarmente la zona di riscaldamento. Con l'utilizzo, vapori di cottura possono aderire sulla resistenza e sulle superfici circostanti, causando fumo e riducendo la corretta diffusione del calore. Prima di qualsiasi operazione di pulizia, scollega sempre l'apparecchio dalla rete elettrica e attendi che sia perfettamente raffreddato. Rimuovi con cura eventuali residui utilizzando un panno morbido, evitando di piegare la resistenza e senza spruzzare detergenti direttamente l'elemento riscaldante o i collegamenti elettrici. È inoltre opportuno mantenere libere le prese e le uscite dell'aria, perché una circolazione dell'aria ridotta può provocare temperature eccessive sulla resistenza. Evita inoltre di utilizzare la friggitrice con residui carbonizzati nella camera di cottura e rispetta le impostazioni previste per la cottura. Una manutenzione regolare aiuta a mantenere la resistenza efficiente più a lungo e può prevenire deterioramenti dovuti a sporco e surriscaldamento.
