The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.

In general, the pump in a pod coffee machine serves to draw water from the container and send it under high pressure through the boiler to the capsule. Without adequate pressure, the water would not be able to properly pass through the ground coffee contained in the capsule, preventing the formation of the typical foam and compromising the taste of the beverage.
Symptoms, what problems can a faulty pump cause?
Question: Why is the machine not dispensing coffee?
Answer: Often the pump is worn out or unable to draw water anymore.
Question: What does it mean if the pod coffee machine makes an unusual noise?
Answer: A metallic or excessively vibrating noise indicates that the pump is running dry or that the support rubber has worn out.
Question: How can I tell if the pump is burnt out?
Answer: If pressing the dispensing button does not produce any vibration and the machine remains silent, the electrical part of the pump is almost certainly faulty.
How to preserve the component's lifespan
To prolong the life of this spare part, it is vital to perform descaling cycles regularly using specific products. Limescale is the main cause of breakdowns as it clogs internal valves or the piston. Additionally, never run the pump without water in the tank, as the lack of liquid causes overheating that irreparably damages the internal components.
Professional tips
Experts recommend checking for leaks from the silicone tubes during the replacement of the MS-623404 pump. If after installation the machine does not fill with water, there may be an air bubble: in this case, it is helpful to assist the priming using a small syringe to inject water into the suction tube. Generally, the components in question should not remain active for long periods and should stop between extractions. We always recommend taking at least 1 minuto break for every minuto of activity to avoid problems due to excessive heat.
