Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.
Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.

What is its function?
This knob is essential for turning on the coffee machine and selecting functionalities; when attached to the switch, it rotates the shaft that modulates the electric current to power the various parts of the appliance.
Symptoms, what problems can a faulty knob cause?
If you can no longer change the settings or the selector turns without engaging, the problem may be caused by a broken knob shaft. Replacing it will solve the issue.
Installation instructions
- The installation is extremely simple, just pull off the old knob with a bit of force or leverage and press this one in. Use a microfiber cloth placed on the dashboard of the coffee machine to avoid scratching the plastics during the removal of the knob.
