The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

A cosa serve?
L'asta lama trasmette la rotazione del motore alle lame poste all'estremità del piede, consentendo di frullare e sminuzzare gli alimenti direttamente nel recipiente. Durante l'utilizzo, le lame ruotano ad alta velocità creando un'azione di taglio e miscelazione efficace.
Sintomi, quali problemi può causare un lama ad immersione guasto?
Il frullatore ad immersione gira ma non frulla correttamente? Un deterioramento del gruppo lame può ridurre sensibilmente la capacità di sminuzzare e miscelare gli ingredienti.
La lama non gira anche se il motore funziona? Controllare l'innesto tra il corpo motore e la lama ad immersione, perché un accoppiamento usurato o danneggiato può impedire la trasmissione del movimento.
Durante l'utilizzo si avvertono rumori o vibrazioni anomale? Una lama piegata, un alberino danneggiato o un'usura interna della lama ad immersione possono provocare rotazioni irregolari.
La lama ad immersione perde liquidi dalla zona dell'alberino? La tenuta interna potrebbe essere deteriorata e rendere necessaria la sostituzione del componente.
Le lame risultano bloccate o girano con difficoltà? Residui di alimento, usura o danneggiamenti dell'alberino possono ostacolare la rotazione.

- Una pulizia immediata dopo l'uso aiuta a preservare la lama ad immersione e impedisce che residui e incrostazioni ostacolino la rotazione delle lame. Per una pulizia rapida, riempire un bicchiere alto con acqua tiepida e una goccia di detergente, immergere il gruppo lame e far funzionare il mixer per alcuni secondi: il movimento delle lame facilita la rimozione dei residui. Successivamente effettuare un breve secondo passaggio con sola acqua pulita e asciugare bene la lama. Evitare di toccare direttamente le lame durante la pulizia o utilizzare oggetti che potrebbero danneggiarne il filo o deformarle.
