The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

Symptoms, what problems can you solve by replacing the motor
QUESTION: Why is my robot vacuum not sucking?
ANSWER: If you do not hear any suction noise, the problem may be caused by a faulty motor. Before proceeding with the replacement, you can try checking the connections and cleaning the support module.
QUESTION: My Roomba is excessively noisy during suction, why?
ANSWER: It is likely that the suction motor or the fan has been damaged; replacing the component with this will solve the problem.
Installation instructions
- The suction unit is located next to the cassette module containing the rotating brushes. By disassembling the unit with the brushes, you will be able to easily replace the motor.
Service center tips
- To maintain a long life for the suction motor, we recommend performing a thorough cleaning of the internal parts of your robot vacuum every month.
- The main reason the motor fails is due to sucking up liquids or lack of maintenance. Make sure there are no liquids on the floor and that the floor is perfectly dry before starting the cleaning.
