The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

- What are the side rotating brushes for in a robot vacuum cleaner?
- These external brushes play a crucial role in the automated cleaning process. Since the main suction mouth of the robot is usually located in the center, the robot would not be able to reach the dirt accumulated near furniture without external help. The side brush rotates, channeling crumbs, hair, and dust into the suction path, allowing the device to clean the entire floor perfectly.

- When should I replace the brushes?
- To check if your brushes need replacing, first inspect the aesthetic condition of the component; if you notice damaged or curled bristles or broken or missing arms, then proceed urgently with the replacement.
- How can I make them last longer?
- Frequently check and clean the side brushes, disassemble them when you check to ensure there are no hairs trapped underneath; this will also extend the life of the small motor that drives them.

Symptoms, what problems can you solve by replacing the floor brushes
- Why is the robot vacuum cleaner not picking up dust along the wall edge?
- The problem is almost certainly due to worn brushes.
- Why are the side brushes not spinning?
- Sometimes hair or dirt accumulates under the side brushes, proceed to disassemble them for cleaning. If the problem persists, it may be caused by a faulty motor that drives them.
- In some models, you may hear two beeps or a mechanical blockage error 2. Check the side brushes, the motor that drives them, or the central roller module.
