The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.

What is its function?
Typically, the heating element in an air fryer serves to produce the essential heat for cooking food. The heated air is then circulated by a high-speed fan, allowing for perfect cooking with very little oil. If this upper heating element burns out, the appliance will no longer heat.
Symptoms, what problems can a faulty heating element cause?
QUESTION: How can I tell if the heating element of my air fryer is burnt out?
ANSWER: The most common signs include: the fryer turns on but does not heat, food does not cook well, the circuit breaker trips as soon as the program starts, or there is a smell of burnt plastic.
QUESTION: Does it make sense to replace the upper heating coil?
ANSWER: Absolutely. Replacing this heating element is much more economical than buying a new air fryer.
QUESTION: I bought the new heating element but it smells, is that normal?
ANSWER: Yes, after replacing the heating coil, it is advisable to turn it on for a few minuto without any food inside, so that the factory coating can evaporate. All heating elements, when volta manufactured, are coated with a powder to prevent damage from moisture.
Advice from the service center
To extend the lifespan of your Ariete air fryer heating element, we recommend never overfilling the basket beyond the allowed limit, as grease and splashes could touch the heating coil, damaging it. The most common failures that cause this part to break are voltage spikes and the accumulation of dirt that overheats the metal. For maintenance, regularly clean the internal area with a damp cloth, but always do so only when the appliance is completely cool.
