For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.

What is it used for?
In general, an electronic board with a Hall sensor in a bean-to-cup coffee machine is used to convert a detected position into a signal readable by the control board. This way, the machine can better manage some internal functions, reducing detection errors that can cause blockages of the removable brew group or incorrect movements and generic alarms.
Symptoms, what problems can a faulty electronic board cause?
Question: When does it make sense to check or replace this control board?
Answer: If the machine intermittently jams, and after ruling out dirt, loose connectors, or mechanical issues, checking the board with the Hall sensor can be a useful step.
Question: What symptoms are compatible with a Hall sensor problem?
Answer: The most common signals include alarms related to internal movements because the electronic control receives absent or unstable information and fails to perfectly understand the position of the removable brew group. It may happen that the coffee machine indicates a generic alarm.
Tips for product longevity
To preserve this electronic board, avoid water infiltration in the area of the bottom of the transmission carriage, periodically check that the 3 pins and wiring are secure, and remove dust or debris with a dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners directly on the board: condensation, dirty contacts, and vibrations are among the most common causes of malfunction and can reduce the component's lifespan.
