Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.

Symptoms and Diagnostics
When to replace the charger? Sometimes a power adapter failure is confused with a battery issue. We recommend purchasing this spare part if:
- The charging LED on the stick vacuum does not light up when plugged into the socket.
- The cable shows visible exposed wires.
- The power adapter overheats excessively during use.
- Charging is intermittent or fluctuates when moving the cable.
Our Advice and Diagnostics
How to tell if the charger is broken?
- If the stick vacuum runs out of power quickly, the problem is most likely caused by the battery or insufficient maintenance (check the cleanliness of the filters and motor).
- To check if your power supply is functioning, first inspect the aesthetic condition of the cables; if you notice any broken ones, then you have found the cause.
- If you have a tester available, you can measure the output voltage from the plug and verify if it matches the original parameters.
- Try connecting the charging plug to the vacuum cleaner and move the cable. If you notice that moving it starts to light up the charging LEDs, then the defect is caused by a loose contact in the cable.
- If possible, do not leave the charger constantly plugged into the electrical outlet, as any power surges could damage it even when not in use.
