The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

Spiegazioni sul ricambio
Questo fusibile si occupa di proteggere il motore del macina caffè della tua macchinetta automatica. A causa di sbalzi di tensione oppure quando il macinino si blocca per via di corpi estranei incastrati fra le macine, il motore può sovraccaricarsi e rompersi, questo fusibile è una protezione aggiuntiva per evitare di dover sostituire l'intero macinacaffè.
Sintomi, quali problemi può causare un fusibile guasto?
Domanda: perché il motore del macinino della mia macchina da caffè Delonghi automatica non gira?
Risposta: potrebbe esserci danneggiato il motore oppure semplicemente essersi bruciato il fusibile, verifica tramite un multimetro le condizioni elettriche dei componenti e procedi alla sostituzione.
Cura e manutenzione del ricambio
Il fusibile elettrico solitamente può interrompersi a causa di sbalzi di tensione o sovraccarichi del motore, assicurati di usare caffè di buona qualità e che non siano presenti pietre, legni o chicchi di caffè bruciati tra i grani all'interno della vaschetta di raccolta. Questi elementi solitamente bloccano le lame coniche andando a sforzare il motore surriscaldandolo.

Se il motore del tuo macinatore di chicchi non dà segni di vita, verifica prima la continuità elettrica del fusibile installato. Se il fusibile è interrotto, sostituendolo potrai riportare il macinacaffè funzionante con una spesa molto contenuta.
Istruzioni per l'installazione
La sostituzione di questo fusibile è un'operazione abbastanza semplice, una volta rimosse le scocche di copertura posteriori, laterali e superiore vedrai il fusibile fissato solitamente con una fascetta nel motore del macinacaffè. Taglia la fascetta, rimuovi il vecchio fusibile e cambialo con quello appena acquistato. Ricordati di rimettere la fascetta per bloccarlo.
