The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

What is it for?
What is the function of the front cover in an air fryer? This component acts as a thermal insulator between the extreme heat of the bowl and your hands. Additionally, it allows you to remove food without burning yourself and ensures the proper sealing of the cooking chamber, an essential aspect for optimal airflow.
Symptoms, when to replace the cover or handle?
Question: How do I know if I need to replace this component?
Answer: It is advisable to change the part if you notice:
- The handle is loose or wobbly.
- The plastic appears visibly cracked.
- You have difficulty properly attaching the bowl to the machine body.
- You notice hot air escaping from the edges of the front while the machine is on.
Our advice
Why does this component break? Cracks are often caused by frequent dishwasher washes at too high temperatures. Another reason is prolonged wear that occurs if the bowl is forced closed. Frequently check that the rear plastic hooks do not have cracks to avoid the handle breaking off completely.
Care and maintenance of the spare part
How to clean and prolong the life of the Moulinex front cover: Constantly wash the outer plastic cover with a slightly damp cloth and a non-aggressive dish soap. Never use abrasive sponges that could irreparably scratch the outer plastic. Although some models are claimed to be machine washable, hand washing is always preferable to avoid unpleasant thermal deformations of the part.
Assembly instructions
How to independently install the front mask for the Moulinex air fryer:
1. Unplug the machine from the electrical outlet.
2. Remove the complete bowl and let it cool completely.
3. Locate the fastening screws on the inner back of the drum.
4. Remove the locking devices or free the plastic stops with a suitable screwdriver.
5. Separate the old broken cover and properly align the new component SS-998173.
6. Carefully snap the stops back in place without forcing the plastic to avoid stripping the plastic threads.
Service center advice
Always keep in mind that a slightly misaligned or damaged front causes hot air to escape during frying, ruining the quality of the dishes and risking deforming the adjacent plastics of the appliance.
