The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

Capire quando cambiare il filtro è facile. Ecco i segnali più comuni:

RISPOSTA: Molto spesso, un calo di aspirazione è dovuto al filtro HEPA saturo di polvere. Se l'aria non passa, la scopa non aspira.
DOMANDA: Sento un odore sgradevole mentre passo l'aspirapolvere, perché?
RISPOSTA: Se senti cattivo odore, significa che batteri e particelle si sono accumulati nel filtro. È ora di cambiarlo ed effettuare un'accurata manutenzione del tuo prodotto.
DOMANDA: Perché la scopa elettrica si spegne da sola o surriscalda?
RISPOSTA: Un filtro intasato costringe il motore a lavorare sotto sforzo, causandone il surriscaldamento. La protezione termica arresta l'elettrodomestico per evitare danni gravi. Nel caso delle scope elettriche Dyson possono verificarsi lampeggi del display o dei led della batteria.
Consigli dell'Esperto: Manutenzione e Durata
Per estendere la durata del tuo filtro HEPA VAC324DY e della tua aspirapolvere Dyson, segui questi consigli:
1. Pulizia regolare: Rimuovi la polvere in eccesso settimanalmente battendolo delicatamente sul cestino e cercando di rimuovere quanta più polvere possibile aiutandoti con un pennello.
2. Lavaggio corretto:Questo filtro è lavabile, sciacqualo sotto acqua corrente tiepida solo con acqua senza aggiungere detergenti.
3. Asciugatura fondamentale: Fai asciugare il filtro all'aria sotto la luce del sole diretta per almeno 24 ore prima di rimontarlo. Inserire un filtro umido può danneggiare irrimediabilmente il motore o causare cattivi odori.
4. Sostituzione: Anche con una corretta manutenzione le micro-fibre si deteriorano nel tempo. Si consiglia di sostituire il pezzo ogni 12 mesi a seconda dell'utilizzo per avere sempre la massima igiene.
Essendo questo filtro montato dietro al motore potete anche usare uno spray sanificante per condizionatori per igienizzare il filtro e produrre una gradevole profumazione durante l'uso. Dopo averlo usato, lasciatelo asciugare per almeno 4 ore.
