Shipping and returns
The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

A cosa serve?
In un robot aspirapolvere, il filtro serve di trattenere le particelle di polvere, i peli di animali e gli acari aspirati dalla spazzola, evitando che tornino nell'aria dell'ambiente domestico. Un efficiente garantisce un flusso d'aria costante che permette al motore di aspirazione di lavorare senza surriscaldamenti.
Sintomi, quali problemi puoi risolvere sostituendo il filtro
Domanda: Come capisco se il filtro è da sostituire?
Risposta: Se osservi una minore pulizia sui tappeti o se il robot lascia tracce di polvere, il potrebbe essere troppo sporco.
Domanda: Quali sono i rischi di un filtro vecchio?
Risposta: Un vecchio riduce l'efficienza della tua aspirapolvere automatica iRobot e può causare un sforzo anomalo del motore, abbreviando la vita utile dell'apparecchio.
Cura e manutenzione del ricambio
Al fine di allungare la vita del filtro, si suggerisce di picchiettarlo leggermente contro il bordo del cestino dopo ogni utilizzo. Non è consigliato assolutamente di lavarlo con acqua o detergenti (tranne se non esplicitamente indicato dal produttore), poiché il contatto con liquidi tende a fissare la polvere nelle fibre, danneggiando irrimediabilmente la capacità filtrante e riducendo drasticamente il passaggio dell'aria.
Indicazioni per il montaggio
Spegni l'elettrodomestico prima di iniziare. Rimuovi il contenitore della polvere dal retro del robot. Apri lo sportellino del vano filtro e rimuovi il vecchio componente usurato. Posiziona il nuovo avendo cura di orientarlo correttamente secondo le guide e spingi fino a fine corsa. Richiudi il contenitore nel robot.

Come esperti del settore, raccomandiamo la sostituzione del ogni 2-3 mesi a seconda della frequenza d'uso e della presenza di animali in casa. Un filtro pieno di polvere è la causa principale del surriscaldamento dei motori dei robot aspirapolvere iRobot.
