The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

Question: Can a cracked tank be repaired?
Answer: It is not recommended to attempt repairs with glue or tape because the motor's power could worsen the damage, risking fragments ending up in your Rowenta vacuum cleaner's motor.
Care and maintenance of the spare part
To extend the life of your dirt collection container, it is important to empty it after each use, preventing the dirt from compacting excessively. You can wash it with warm water, but make sure it is completely dry before repositioning it on the vacuum cleaner. The number one reason for breakage is often related to accidental bumps during emptying or excessive pressure on the plastic tabs when the filters are not inserted correctly.
