Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.
Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.

The milk should be placed in a metal container, preferably cold, to then use the steam wand of the machine.
The secret lies in the slope of the pitcher, which is achieved by the shape of the container and the comfortable handle that allows it to tilt.
A perfect cappuccino consists of 1/3 espresso coffee, 1/3 hot milk, and 1/3 milk foam.
