Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.
Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.

Care and Maintenance
To extend the life of the Delonghi cup support tray, we recommend cleaning it regularly. Absolutely avoid abrasive sponges or acidic cleaners, as they can irreparably scratch the shiny finish of the steel. Instead, use a soft microfiber cloth and a neutral detergent. If the tray is dishwasher safe (check the machine manual), place it in the upper basket to avoid impacts with other metal dishes.
