Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.
Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.
Delivery times for European Union countries may vary from 5 to 15 working days, excluding smaller islands and remote locations.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you have used our facilitated return service, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Maintenance and Cleaning Tips from the PG Service technical team
To extend the life of this accessory, cleaning is very important. We suggest washing it regularly with a mild detergent, absolutely avoiding abrasive sponges or pads that irreparably scratch the finish. A common mistake is to leave acidic descaling products on the grid: these chemical agents can damage it if not rinsed off immediately. Always dry it with a soft cloth to avoid limescale stains. We do not recommend dishwasher washing even if indicated as possible by the manufacturer.
