The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

Qual è la sua funzione?
Il coperchio della caraffa in un frullatore serve a mantenere chiusa la parte superiore del bicchiere durante la rotazione delle lame e la miscelazione degli alimenti. La sua forma permette di coprire correttamente il recipiente e contenere gli ingredienti mentre vengono frullati. Un coperchio frullatore integro e correttamente posizionato consente di utilizzare la caraffa nelle condizioni previste evitando aperture o movimenti indesiderati.
Sintomi, quali problemi puoi risolvere sostituendo il coperchio
- Il coperchio non rimane correttamente chiuso sulla caraffa? Un coperchio della caraffa deformato o con le zone di fissaggio consumate può non aderire più correttamente al recipiente.
- Durante la frullatura fuoriescono schizzi dalla parte superiore della caraffa? Una chiusura incompleta, residui sulla zona di appoggio o un tappo danneggiato possono lasciare spazi attraverso i quali gli ingredienti vengono proiettati all'esterno.
- Il coperchio risulta allentato o si muove durante il funzionamento? Se il tappo frullatore non rimane fermo è opportuno controllare l'integrità dei punti di fissaggio e il corretto accoppiamento con il recipiente.
- Il coperchio è diventato difficile da inserire o rimuovere? Residui secchi nelle scanalature, deformazioni o un montaggio non allineato possono rendere difficoltosa la chiusura.
- Sono presenti crepe o rotture sul coperchio? È consigliabile sostituire il componente, perché una lesione può estendersi con le vibrazioni e le sollecitazioni dell'utilizzo.
- Il coperchio si solleva quando vengono lavorati gli ingredienti? Un tappo non correttamente inserito o con gli agganci deteriorati può perdere stabilità durante il movimento degli ingredienti nella caraffa.
- Il coperchio sembra integro ma non aderisce uniformemente al recipiente? Controllare la presenza di residui sul bordo della caraffa e verificare che il componente non abbia subito una lieve deformazione.
Come preservare la durata del componente
Una pulizia regolare del tappo frullatore evita che ingredienti secchi o appiccicosi rimangano nelle zone di chiusura e di aggancio. Utilizzare acqua tiepida, detergente delicato e una spugna morbida, insistendo sulle zone meno facilmente raggiungibili. Controllare periodicamente che il coperchio non presenti lesioni e che tutti i punti destinati alla chiusura siano integri. Se il componente non rimane più stabile sulla caraffa, è consigliabile sostituirlo anziché continuare a forzare la chiusura.

- Pulire la zona di appoggio del recipiente eliminando eventuali ingredienti che potrebbero ostacolare la chiusura.
- Allineare il coperchio della caraffa con il recipiente seguendo la posizione prevista dalle relative sedi di fissaggio.
- Completare l'aggancio del tappo senza forzarlo, verificando che entri correttamente nella propria posizione.
- Controllare che il coperchio sia stabile lungo tutto il bordo prima di utilizzare il frullatore.

- Prima di utilizzare il coperchio frullatore consigliamo di verificare che il bordo della caraffa e le superfici di chiusura siano perfettamente puliti. Residui secchi o incrostazioni possono ostacolare la chiusura del recipiente e ridurre la corretta aderenza tra i componenti. Per una pulizia rapida, risciacquare il coperchio subito dopo l'uso con acqua tiepida e detergente delicato, prestando attenzione alle scanalature e alle zone di aggancio. Per prolungarne la durata evitare di forzare il coperchio quando non è correttamente allineato e di utilizzare utensili appuntiti sulle zone di aggancio. Le cause più comuni di rottura sono urti della caraffa, montaggio fuori posizione e sollecitazioni ripetute sulle parti di bloccaggio.
