The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.

The coffee grounds container plays a fundamental role in an automatic coffee machine. Once the coffee has been brewed, the brew group expels the used coffee pod directly into this collector. Its shape is designed to fit precisely in the discharge compartment, allowing the electronic system to monitor the residues and alert the user when it is necessary to proceed with emptying.
Symptoms, What Problems Can You Solve by Replacing the Drum
Question: What are the signs of a damaged grounds drum?
Answer: The most evident sign is the presence of cracks in the plastic that cause wet residue to leak out.
Question: Why does the machine ask to empty the container even if it is empty?
Answer: This often depends on dirt accumulated on the contacts or a deformation of the component that prevents the correct positioning of the proximity sensor. Check the plastic tabs that usually close the detection contacts: if they show signs of wear or breakage, it is likely that the fault is related to this.
How to Preserve the Component's Lifespan
To keep the drum in perfect condition, we recommend cleaning it daily under running water, avoiding the use of abrasive sponges that could scratch the surface. Make sure to eliminate any residual moisture before reinserting it to prevent the formation of mold or unpleasant odors due to organic coffee residues.
Advice from PG Service Support Center
As specialized technicians, we have noticed that the main cause of breakage of this part is accidental dropping during cleaning operations. To extend the lifespan of the drum, do not press the part too hard into its housing if you feel resistance: there may be a coffee residue blocking the guide. Another useful tip is not to wash it in the dishwasher at high temperatures unless expressly indicated, as excessive heat can deform the plastic, preventing the machine from recognizing the component. Keep in mind that the waste pod produced during extraction should always be round and well compacted. If the waste pods fall apart or appear loose, it is very likely that the coffee used is of inadequate quality or the settings of the coffee machine are not properly calibrated.
