The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

What is its function?
The drip tray serves a fundamental purpose: to contain excess coffee that drips during and after dispensing and also to act as a support surface for the cup. Ensure that it is always properly inserted to prevent spills and maintain the cleanliness of your machine.
Our Tips and Diagnostics
To keep the drip tray base in excellent condition, wash it regularly with warm water and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh cleaners that could scratch it. Periodically check for blockages in the drainage system and, if possible, avoid washing in the dishwasher with particularly intense cycles to prevent dulling and crystallizing the plastics.
Installation Instructions
Installing the drip tray is very simple: ensure that the machine is turned off and cool, remove the old tray (if present), and insert the new one into its housing. Check that it is securely in place and positioned correctly. If you also need the cup support grid, it is available in our shop.
