Shipping and returns
The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

Se la tua macchinetta perde acqua durante l'erogazione o il caffè stenta a uscire, il problema potrebbe essere causato dal supporto porta cialde guasto o difettoso. Verifica la sua integrità all'interno e che non ci siano rimanenze di cialde o caffè e pulisci in modo approfondito tutto il supporto.

Questo supporto porta cialde è indicato per usare sia caffè in polvere sia cialde ESE da 44mm di diametro. Potete inserire entrambe le opzioni senza variare alcuna configurazione nel supporto, una volta inserito il caffè andrà pressato con un pressino per compattarlo e poter avere una crema più densa. Il cassetto arriva con il coperchio incluso della guarnizione ad anello per evitare perdite d'acqua durante l'erogazione.
Istruzioni per l'installazione
Questo supporto arriva già completo di ogni sua parte, per cui basterà sostituirlo con il vecchio senza effettuare alcuna operazione particolare di smontaggio o di installazione.
