The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

Funzionamento generico
L'alimentatore di un aspirapolvere robot serve a trasformare l'alimentazione della rete domestica nella tensione continua richiesta dal circuito di ricarica. Quando viene collegato correttamente, l'adattatore di rete fornisce energia alla base o al circuito di alimentazione del robot, consentendo alla batteria di essere ricaricata. Il trasformatore non determina da solo lo stato della batteria: un problema di ricarica può dipendere anche dalla batteria, dai contatti metallici, dalla docking station o dall'elettronica del robot.
Sintomi, quali problemi può causare un carica batterie guasto?
- Il robot aspirapolvere non si ricarica più? Il caricabatterie potrebbe non fornire correttamente i 22.5V DC 1.25A necessari, ma è opportuno controllare anche presa, base, contatti e batteria.
- La ricarica parte soltanto muovendo il cavo o il connettore? Un falso contatto nel cavo di alimentazione o nella spina di uscita può causare una ricarica intermittente.
- Il robot si collega alla base ma non mostra alcun segnale di ricarica? Verificare che l'alimentatore riceva corrente dalla presa e che il connettore sia completamente inserito.
- Il caricabatterie diventa eccessivamente caldo? Se il trasformatore raggiunge temperature anomale o presenta odore di bruciato è consigliabile interromperne immediatamente l'utilizzo e sostituirlo.
- La ricarica si interrompe frequentemente senza motivo? Un cavo lesionato, un connettore instabile o un guasto elettronico dell'alimentatore possono provocare interruzioni dell'uscita.
- Il caricabatterie non fornisce alcuna tensione in uscita? Misurate la tensione d'uscita dallo spinotto con un multimetro, se la presa elettrica è funzionante e non sono presenti 22.5V DC 1.25A all'uscita, il trasformatore potrebbe essere guasto.
- L'aspirapolvere automatica impiega molto più tempo del solito a caricarsi? Tempi di ricarica anomali non indicano necessariamente un guasto del caricabatterie e possono dipendere da batteria deteriorata, contatti ossidati o collegamenti instabili.
- L'alimentatore emette ronzii, scatti o odore di bruciato? Rumori elettrici anomali, odori o segni di surriscaldamento indicano che il caricabatterie deve essere disconnesso e sostituito.
Suggerimenti per la durata del prodotto
L'alimentatore non richiede una manutenzione interna, ma alcune semplici precauzioni possono ridurre l'usura di cavo e connettori. Evitare di avvolgere il cavo troppo stretto, tirarlo per scollegare la spina o lasciarlo in zone dove possa essere calpestato. Mantenere spina, connettore e corpo alimentatore asciutti e privi di polvere eccessiva. Se il trasformatore presenta rotture, odore di bruciato, interruzioni di alimentazione o parti elettriche esposte, è consigliabile interromperne l'utilizzo e sostituirlo.

- Prima di sostituire il caricabatterie consigliamo di controllare il cavo, il connettore e la presa elettrica, così da escludere problemi esterni all'alimentatore. Questo adattatore fornisce 22.5V DC 1.25A, quindi tensione, corrente e polarità devono essere adatte all'apparecchio per consentire una ricarica corretta. Per prolungare la durata del trasformatore, non tirare il cavo per scollegarlo, evitare schiacciamenti e lasciare libero l'alimentatore per favorire la normale dissipazione del calore. Le cause più comuni di guasto sono rottura interna del cavo, usura del connettore, sovratensioni e deterioramento dei componenti elettronici. Per mantenere efficiente la ricarica, pulire periodicamente i contatti metallici del robot e della base con un panno asciutto.
