The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

Durante il funzionamento, il movimento generato dalle lame richiama continuamente gli ingredienti verso la zona di taglio, favorendo una miscelazione omogenea. Il corretto aggancio della caraffa alla base è necessario affinché il frullatore possa funzionare correttamente e in condizioni di sicurezza.
Sintomi, quali problemi puoi risolvere sostituendo la caraffa frullatore
La caraffa frullatore perde liquidi durante l'utilizzo? Controllare la presenza di crepe, danneggiamenti o deformazioni del recipiente e verificare il corretto assemblaggio dei componenti inferiori.
La caraffa non si aggancia correttamente alla base del frullatore? Controllare l'integrità delle sedi di aggancio e assicurarsi che la brocca sia quella prevista per il modello in uso.
Il frullatore non si avvia con la caraffa installata? Un aggancio incompleto può impedire l'attivazione del sistema di sicurezza dell'apparecchio.
Sono presenti crepe o fessure sulla caraffa? Se è crepata può perdere liquidi o rompersi ulteriormente durante l'utilizzo e dovrebbe essere sostituita.
La caraffa vibra o risulta instabile durante il funzionamento? Un montaggio incompleto, un aggancio usurato o una deformazione della caraffa possono causare movimenti anomali durante l'uso.
Cura e manutenzione del ricambio
È consigliabile lavare la caraffa frullatore subito dopo l'uso, impedendo la formazione di incrostazioni e odori persistenti. Utilizzare prodotti per stoviglie non aggressivi evitando pagliette o utensili che possano graffiare la caraffa. Controllare periodicamente l'integrità del recipiente e dei punti di fissaggio alla base del frullatore e sostituire il componente se danneggiato.
Istruzioni di montaggio
- Sganciare il recipiente precedentemente installato e pulire eventuali residui presenti sulla sede di montaggio.
- Posizionare la nuova caraffa frullatore sulla base rispettando gli appositi riferimenti di aggancio.
- Completare l'aggancio della caraffa frullatore assicurandosi che sia stabile e correttamente fissata.
- Controllare il corretto bloccaggio del recipiente prima di utilizzare nuovamente il frullatore.
Consigli del centro assistenza PG Service
- Per un corretto utilizzo della caraffa frullatore, verificare sempre il completo innesto sulla base del frullatore e l'integrità delle zone di accoppiamento. Per una pulizia rapida dopo l'uso, riempire parzialmente la caraffa con acqua tiepida e una piccola quantità di detergente per piatti, quindi azionare il frullatore per pochi secondi. Successivamente risciacquare accuratamente con acqua pulita e lasciare asciugare la caraffa. Evitare di versare liquidi molto caldi in una caraffa fredda o di sottoporla a bruschi cambiamenti di temperatura.
