The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.

- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.

What is its function?

Question: Why doesn't the light of my fryer turn on anymore even though the appliance works correctly?
Answer: It is almost certain that the internal system of the bulb has failed due to normal wear or a thermal shock.
Question: Can I continue to use the fryer if the bulb is burnt out?
Answer: Yes, the bulb breaking does not compromise the safety or heating of the air; however, it will be very difficult to check the status of the food without interrupting the cooking cycle by opening the compartment.
Tips for product longevity
To extend the life of this component, it is recommended to avoid cleaning the area of the bulb when it is still hot. The thermal shock caused by a damp cloth on the hot glass is one of the most common causes of sudden breakage. Additionally, try to keep the protective glass of the bulb free from grease residues and oil vapors: the accumulation of dirt can create localized overheating that significantly shortens the lifespan of the component.
