Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.
Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.
Delivery times for European Union countries may vary from 5 to 15 working days, excluding smaller islands and remote locations.

Returns of items can be made within 14 days of receipt, and transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you have used our facilitated return service, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Size control accessory insert disc for immersion blender mixer
WARNING: This disc is to be used exclusively in the size control bowl.
The size control accessory is ideal for cutting food into different sizes, S and L depending on the combination of accessories used.
For L-sized foods, use the bowl with the chopping blade without the size control disc.
For S-sized foods, use the bowl with the chopping blade with the size control disc.
For XS-sized foods, use the classic MC bowl with only the chopping blade.
These combinations can be used with the ice crushing blade for larger or smaller cubes.
The size control bowl can be purchased separately in our shop.
