PGHub Customer Service — Allegro integration

Allegro integration documentation

PGHub Customer Service is a private application being configured for PG Service’s own Allegro seller account, pg-service. It is intended for the company’s authorised customer service staff. It is not offered to other sellers.

Contact: info@pgsorvico.shop.

Purpose and current status

The integration is intended to bring customer messages, attachments, transaction-related discussions and complaints, ratings, and related order information into the company’s customer service workspace. Order information provides context for handling a customer’s request.

The dedicated production application is undergoing setup and provider qualification. Registration, approval and seller authorisation are separate steps. This document does not claim that a production grant has been obtained or that every capability has passed live verification.

Requested permissions

Allegro scope Intended use
allegro:api:messaging Read customer service threads, messages and attachments, and support authorised replies after the relevant operational checks.
allegro:api:orders:read Read related orders as context for customer service requests.
allegro:api:profile:read Verify the identity of the seller who authorises the application.
allegro:api:disputes Support customer service discussions and complaints associated with transactions.
allegro:api:ratings Support customer service work concerning seller ratings and reviews.

The application does not request offer, price, advertising, payment or refund permissions. Its dedicated grant is separate from PG Service’s existing offer/catalogue and compliance integration.

Authorisation and operation

The application uses Allegro’s OAuth authorisation-code flow. The seller signs in directly with Allegro and reviews the requested permissions. The dedicated callback is https://hub.pgsorvico.shop/api/oauth/allegro/callback.

The company workspace requires authenticated access. Application credentials and OAuth tokens are stored in protected server-side storage and are not included in this document. The application does not ask staff to send passwords or verification codes through customer messages.

The initial rollout permits acquisition separately from replies. Customer replies and actions remain paused until their specific account and operational checks are complete. Notes, tags, priorities and staff assignments are internal workspace operations.

Support and withdrawal

For application support or questions about access, contact info@pgsorvico.shop. The seller can manage and withdraw the application’s authorisation through Allegro’s account controls. Production access remains subject to Allegro’s terms and approval.
